Grow Global International Career Acceleration Program – Terms of Service (ToS)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or accessing the Grow Global Career Acceleration Program (“Program”), operated by Grow Global Career Mentorship LLC (“Grow Global,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Program.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to join.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

• We reserve the right to verify eligibility and deny access if requirements are not met.

3. Program Description

The Program provides mentorship, training materials, community access, and career support resources to help participants pursue international job opportunities. Specific services may include, but are not limited to:

• Group mentorship sessions

• Career support

• Access to online learning platform

• Access to our exclusive community

Grow Global may update or modify the Program at its discretion.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Program solely for educational and career development purposes.

• Respect all mentors, peers, and staff.

• Not share, resell, or distribute Program content without written permission.

• Maintain the confidentiality of scholarships, Program materials and community discussions.

5. Fees, Payments, Refunds and Cancellation

• Program Duration: Enrollment in the Grow Global Career Acceleration Program is for a fixed term of 12 months. By enrolling, you commit to the full duration of the Program.

• Payment Structure: Fees may be paid upfront or in 12 monthly installments via credit card (Stripe). The installment plan is provided as a payment convenience only and does not alter the participant’s obligation to pay the full Program fee.

• Refund Policy:

  • A full refund may be requested within 7 (seven) calendar days after enrollment (“cooling-off period”), provided that no mentoring session has been attended and no learning material has been accessed.

  • After this period, all fees are considered non-refundable.

• Withdrawal:

  • Participants may choose to withdraw from the Program at any time by written notice.

  • Withdrawal does not cancel the obligation to complete all scheduled payments for the 12-month period.

  • Grow Global reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for breach of these Terms, with no refund provided.

• Default in Payment: Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to the Program until the account is settled.

6. Intellectual Property

• All Program materials (documents, videos, templates, logos, trademarks, etc.) remain the property of Grow Global.

• Participants receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal career development only.

7. Privacy & Data

• By participating, you consent to Grow Global’s collection and processing of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

• Data may include name, contact information, career history, and Program activity.

8. Image and Media Consent (English)

By joining the Program, you grant Grow Global Career Mentorship LLC the right to record, use, and publish your image, voice, and participation during group mentorship sessions and other live events. These recordings and materials may be:

• Shared with other participants for educational purposes (e.g., replay access).

• Used by Grow Global in marketing campaigns, including but not limited to social media posts, promotional videos, and website content, with the purpose of promoting the Program.

You acknowledge that this consent is voluntary, does not entitle you to compensation, and applies worldwide and indefinitely, unless you formally withdraw consent in writing.

9. Disclaimers

• Grow Global does not guarantee employment, job offers, or specific career outcomes.

• The Program is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grow Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to participation in the Program.

11. Termination

• Grow Global may suspend or terminate your participation if you violate these Terms.

• You may cancel your participation at any time; however, fees already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
